Clinton in Syria can be a civil war

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton did not rule out the fact that Syria could erupt civil war. At the same time, reports MIGnews, U.S. Secretary of State sees no need for the intervention of the international community.
"I think everyone goes to a civil war with a very strong, well armed, and, ultimately, well-funded opposition, which even if not directed, of course, affects the deserters from the army," - said Clinton. According to her, she does not see prospects for coordinated international action, as has been done in Libya.
Clinton also noted the significant steps the regional League of Arab States (LAS) and Turkey, which, she believes, has to convince Syrian President Bashar al-Assad to stop violence against civilians.
Meanwhile, on the eve of it became known that Damascus approved the protocol, which involves sending observers to Syria League of Arab States (LAS). "Consent" to the document expressed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Syria.
Earlier, the Arab League gave Syria three days to stop the "bloody repression" of anti-government demonstrations and allow observers to enter the country. The announcement was made at a meeting of Arab League foreign ministers, held in the Moroccan capital.
At the same time the Foreign Minister did not specify what would happen if Syria will not make concessions.
November 12 at the headquarters of the Arab League in Cairo during an emergency meeting of foreign ministers decided to suspend the participation of Syria in the Arab League. As explained by Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar Sheikh Hamad Bin Jassem, the decision was made due to violations of the provisions of the Damascus Arab plan for the settlement of the Syrian crisis. It is noted that 18 countries - members of the organization "against", in addition to Syria, voted only Lebanon and Yemen, Iraq and "abstain.
